Original Cyanotypes
Plants, present almost everywhere, create, again and again and again - in scarcity and in abundance. While I love their exuberant spring and summer stories, I’m also curious about their slower, less visible processes. Each piece in this group of medium-sized works on paper begins as a cyanotype photogram. Some pieces retain the cyanotype’s classic Prussian-blue; others are altered with paint, the experimental wet process, and through toning.
