Botanical Cyanotypes
Learn how to use fresh and pressed plants to make botanical cyanotypes in this three-hour workshop at the beautifully situated Hollister House Garden in Washington, CT!

Cyanotype Workshop for Adults
Participants will be introduced to an alternative photographic process developed in 1842 and will use plants to create a photographic image, called a photogram. Each student will have the opportunity to make four 6 x 9-inch prints to take home. All materials, including pressed plant material, will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring objects or pressed plants with interesting silhouettes from home to use in their compositions.

Children's Cyanotype Workshop
In a 2-hour workshop, students will create their own 6 x 9-inch cyanotype on paper to take home. As a group, students will also create one large cyanotype depicting images of plants and silhouettes of their hands. This large cyanotype will remain at the Hera Gallery. All materials will be provided.

Cyanotype Tote Bag
